Programs At TCAP:

 

• Head Start- Federally funded early learning program for children 3-5

• HEAP-Home Energy Assistance Program-Assistance for qualified households with costs and to prevent disconnection of energy resources

• HWAP-Home Weatherization Assistance Program-Low-income residential energy efficiency program

• Even Start/Day Start-Education and computer training for adults & their children

• Summer Recreation Program-6 week summer program for children 9-13

• CATS-Community Action Transportation System- Low-cost transportation for special events and those who qualify for their services

• Food Buying Club-Monthly opportunity to purchase 2-3 pre-packaged bags of groceries at a reduced rate

• Senior Lunch-Free to Seniors 55 years and older, held in our cafeteria,Free Bingo
