Trumbull Community Action Program

Eligible applicants/households that may qualify for WCP: bulk fuel customers that have 25% or less (propane, fuel oil, wood, coal, wood pellets, kerosene). If the main heating source and/or the secondary heating source; is in disconnect status, has been shut off, establishing new service, transfer of service, PIPP default or 1st PIPP may also receive assistance. Also, WCP will assist with furnace repair for homeowners only. 

TCAP is assisting households with the Winter Crisis Program (WCP) from November 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024.

Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday are in person interviews at the TCAP main building at 1230 Palmyra Rd SW, Warren, Ohio. Clients can enter the building at the entrance closest to Pearl Street. Fridays are phone appointments for those who are disabled and those who cannot make it to the TCAP building. Clients will be called at their date and time of appointment by TCAP staff members.
