 The TCAP Head Start program provides high quality early childhood education throughout Trumbull County.  Along with early childhood education, TCAP also offers transportation, health, nutrition and services to children with special needs.  We encourage parent involvement in your child's education.  The program supports each family's developmental, cultural and linguistic characteristics.  For further information or to set up an appointment please call our office or you can also download and complete the application.  Our parent handbook is also available for download.
